Scope and quotation
We review the brief and available materials before confirming the deliverables, fee, payment arrangement and expected schedule. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
Payments
Payment stages are stated in the quotation or invoice. Do not send payment to a number or account that has not been confirmed through an official iSearch contact channel.
Revisions
Included revision rounds and review deadlines are agreed before work begins. New requirements, changed objectives or substantial work after approval may affect the fee and schedule.
Cancellations and refunds
Refund decisions depend on the work completed, committed third-party costs and the project agreement. Fees for completed work or costs already incurred are generally not refundable. Any eligible balance is confirmed in writing.
Delivery dates
Dates depend on timely access to materials, feedback and payments. If a client changes the brief or delays a required response, the schedule may need to be revised.
Confidentiality
Share only the information needed for the assignment and agree a suitable transfer method before sending sensitive data. Clients must remove unnecessary personal or participant identifiers from research data where appropriate.
Academic integrity
Academic services focus on guidance, research support, analysis, editing and learning. Clients remain responsible for authorship, institutional compliance and the final submission.
